I used to Live at Sycamore Ridge.
When My wife and I moved in there, Feb 2010 ,..our rent was 1050.00 $ ,..per month ( which was considered a lot back then ) ,... After the Sacramento Corrupt Politicians handed out "Drivers Licenses " to "Illegal Aliens" in 2015,, several new things happened at Sycamore ridge and others ,.. The Rent , which was once manageable ,.. "exploded" upwards to 1550.00 $ per month suddenly ( considered low now IN today's modern world - lol ),..but here is what is really happening, the high rent is by "design" DONE ON PURPOSE ! because the Politicians know full well ( AND THE LANDLORDS TOO) that "multiple people" will dwell in units ,.. causing the white and black Americans to move out !!( We do not want to live with 5 people nor is this our culture ),.. Which brings me to our current influx homeless situation CALIFORNIA ,...ILLEGAL ALIENS WILL EASILY DWELL AT PLACES and AT PLACES LIKE SYCAMORE RIDGE VISTA CA,..BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY CAN LIVE 5 PEOPLE ( OR MORE ) THERE,..LIVING IN UNITS THAT THEY KNOW YOU WILL NEVER INSPECT AND OR POLICE CORRECTLY ( Like Robyn ) AS YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING THEIR MONEY ,..AS GOOD PEOPLE LIKE CLARK AND VELEDA ARE FORCED TO MOVE OUT AND AWAY ! MEANWHILE, THE ILLEGALS DO NOT MIND PAYING HIGH RENT IN UNITS AS THERE ARE OFTEN 4 TO 5 TO MAYBE 8 OF THEM,..meaning that they can easily come up with the money ! ,..see ?? ,.'ROTATING" AND NIGHTLY ( like in # **** and others ! ),..IN OTHER WORDS, 2000.00 $$ MEANS NOTHING TO THESE PEOPLE WHILE CLARK AND VELEDA AND OTHER AMERICANS END UP HOMELESS !! ALL SO THAT SACRAMENTO DEMOCRAT POLITICIANS CAN GET and gather THEIR VOTES,.. I'M NOT EVEN GOING TO MENTION THE CRIMES IN THE BUILDING, HUMAN TRAFFICKING, PROSTITUTION, DRUGS, GANGS, ETC ETC,.,..Graffiti . ,.... FORGET THE FACT NOW THAT THERE IS NOWHERE TO PARK A CAR OUT ON HIBISCUIS Ave ,...YA GOTTA PARK WAY PAST THOSE HORSES NOW,..AND THAT IS IF YER LUCKY !! and let's not EVEN bring up the constant police coming up and down my stairs and often with guns drawn ( DANGEROUSLY ) ,..or coming into my unit to inspect it,..while me and Veleda are scared,..shivering in the night outside,.. ALL THE WHILE ,..AND FALLING BEHIND with late fees,..unable to be in our lease, etc,.. etc,.. and with Robyn seeing me out at night driving Uber and Lyft, fighting to bring her cash MONEY ,..just TO SURVIVE THERE !
NO ,..IT'S NOT ABOUT RACE,..MY WIFE IS BLACK AND I LIVE WITH A BLACK AFRICAN AMERICAN FAMILY IN ATHENS WESTMONT CALIF ( I'm the only white person here ) ,.. NEAR EL SEGUNDO AND THE 110 ! AND THROUGH OUT MY LIFE, I HAVE HAD MANY HISPANIC FRIENDS INCLUDING A LADY NAMED ALICE WHO RAISED ME FROM AGES 1 TO 6 !!
And "Now" even some Hispanic people are finding themselves struggling and HOMELESS TOO !! ALL SO THAT THE "NEW PEOPLE" ( Voters LOL ) ,...MANY of who don't speak a word,..are put before them !!

PS; IF OUR RENT WAS 1100.00 $ AGAIN ,... MAYBE MANY PEOPLE COULD AFFORD IT WITHOUT HAVING TO MOVE IN THEIR RELATIVES, FRIENDS, ETC ETC !! AND OUR HOMELESS CRISIS WOULD GO AWAY AND THESE SPILL-OVER PEOPLE MIGHT LEAVE THEN !! THINK ABOUT IT !! GREED IS NOT GOOD !! It is driving the Homeless, disease, etc etc,.. ( they will never do that though ,..they don't wanna lose their "voters" )
