"Clarks Law" sets the price of all rent in California no higher than 1200 $ per month for all apartment buildings ,.. this will ELIMINATE the homeless and inflation problems..it sets the price of all "1 bedroom apartments" at 800 $ "No Higher" ,..and I hope to one day see this as the Federal "Law of the :Land" !!
I have carefully thought up and designed "Clarks Law' for the betterment of all Californians
I propose that the California Gov begins to examine my idea for a law,..
I feel that an across the board Uniform "One size fits all " proposal idea is the only way re; high rent /HOMELESS crisis ,..
I feel I have the proper experience to help craft and design a law as I lived in a building for ten years and I lost my home due to the increasing high rent ,.when I moved in to the unit 2009, it was 1050 $,..when I was removed it was 1850 $ in 2018
I am hopeful that the State of Calif Legislature will take up my idea for Law and debate it and have it signed into law one day soon !
Next ! We will work on "40 year mortgages at monthly low fixed payments!" too also ! %%
