UPON COMPLETING THE TRACK, HAGINS kept it "secret" as best he could from the South Bay ,..worrying that both the style and the song lyrical ideas "could be Stolen" !! and quickly hired an Attorney to Copyrite it ,. "Everyone knew that I was this cutting edge dude who always invented THE NEW SHIT ,.. Flipside Magazine and other Zines; they raved about me,.. they raved about US; G.E!! WE WERE LOS  ANGELES' new big thing,.. We weren't just some typical Metal or Punk run-of-the-mill shit; WE WERE WAY DIFFERENT AND UNIQUE ,..BUT THIS SONG,..WAS EVEN WEIRD !! FOR US !!  ========================================================  We would mix metal with punk ,..we would clash really weird different ideas ,..and ideas that "Didn't" go together !! 
"White Black Thang" is one  of those VERY RARE songs that can get 50 different reactions when it is heard by 50 different people ,... "the reviews can be all over the place" says Haggins. "Some people love it and swear by it while others simply don't ,.. but they look very worried ALL ,.. which I consider Victory enough !!" ( Laughs ). The Song has found success all over the world and at many websites and Jango and Pandora Radios in Recent Years. "Internet Radio seems to love this song" Says Hagins.  
Back in 1991, the Song received almost immediate acclaim from many people, magazines, record labels , etc,.. and Hagins found himself fielding "offers" as well as trying to both describe the Sound of the Song as well as the over all "Sound" OF G.E. !! "WELL ,..CLEARLY the song was  some new kind of "Alternative rock" and we had always called ourselves "Grunge" and we would always say : "We're not heavy metal ,..We are like Neil Young, THE STOOGES,  or the Who or something like that,..but mixed with Black Flag !!" The Song grooves along almost like you may be listening to an Axl Rose Guns n Roses B-Side forgotten Classic until you realize ,..this is no G n R Song ,.. midway through ,.. the tangy guitars almost sound like the Byrds and 1960's but they clash and very Weirdly with the "Big Sound" here that is over all and in general with this track indeed !!  "Some people have told me over the years,..that this song sounds a bit way too much like maybe that Group Spacehog ,...but this  is way before that !! Several Big Time A & R people readily approached Hagins not only about the song and G.e. but also inquiring if Hagins "Wanted to write songs for others" to which Hagins declined; "I was always told that G.e. didn't look right,..that we were ugly boys who didn't dress well ,.. that we weren't professionals, etc etc ,... but all that is what makes us so Great !! The very existence of G.e. Seemed to be one big weird contradiction indeed ,..  "I was told over and over to get rid of Ted , AND PALLE TOO .,.. to "Lose those guys " IF YOU WILL ,.. " ( LOL ) ,.. AT LEAST 2 of these many A n R guys seemed a little too interested in the track and  in G.e. ,.. and these 2 were Gary Gersh And Craig Aaronson of Geffen Records" Says Hagins. " Hagins says that many people over the years HAD ALWAYS doubted G.e but when alotta people heard this track, minds began to change ,.. PLEASE RE ADJUST my Rating back up to 4.88 or  higher ,.!!... lately, there have been many very drunk, rude passengers in my car,..they also like to grab things, break things, wreck my seat cushions , etc,.. Some pretend to be nice as they say bad things ABOUT ME,... THEY ARE DRUNK, VERY INTOXICATED AND THEY SAY WHAT-EVER IS ON THEIR MIND TOO,..WHICH CAN BE RUDE, OFFENSIVE AND SOMETIMES TO OTHER RIDERS in my vehicle ,..meanwhile, I am patient and friendly to all yet not getting any good or rare bonuses ,..  or very good pay, considering my efforts,.

Now today in Oct 2019 , I discover "Super Low" pay and rides as low as 2.50 Cents ,..and going for quite a distance in travel too ,.. back in my day long ago,..I thought the "Lowest" rides then that were for like 3.50 $ were AN OUTRAGE,..

YOUR COMPANY IS TREATING US DRIVERS VERY POORLY NOW,..IT'S PAST THE POINT OF REASONABLY discussing this,..it is beyond obvious slavery almost,..
