That New Law Ab 5 is horrible ,..it destroys virtually all workers in California , it lowers wages, forcing people to become "Employees" is stupid as it gives bosses great excuses to lower hours, cut pay, etc,....THE BOSS CAN DO TO THE WORKER WHATEVER HE WANTS AND THE WORKER HAS very little rights or recourse,.. this Law will create on the job tension galore AND MASSIVE !! THIS LAW GIVES ALL THE POWER TO THE BOSS AS IT TAKES IT AWAY FROM THE RIGHTS OF WORKERS,..

AND THIS LAW IS LEFT-WING SINISTER TOO,..IN MORE WAYS THAN I can number,..

It hurts working conditions for American Hispanics who were born here as it allows Illegal immigrants to lower wages and spread their chaos of high rent ( living multiple people to apartments , etc ),.. BUT ,..IT ALSO HURTS WORKING LIVES for many illegal immigrants too as it destroys THEIR JOBS ! As they must paper up legit !

AB 5 ruins Working life For African Americans too as it raises their apartment rent, spreads homeless, disease, rats, poverty, etc,..as it takes away their chance to be a high paid subcontractor who is much more in charge of his or her own destiny !! 

AB 5 has destroyed the swimming pool cleaning world as it forces poolmen to not hire workers and do all their pools by "themselves" or at least they attempt to ! As they are virtually forced to terminate workers, etc,..

AB 5 has destroyed the hair cutting cosmetology world, window cleaners, electricians, writers, and practically any guy that works out of a truck or van ,.. and of course it simply wrecks uber and Lyft ,..

Unfortunately however,..it is now the law in California and both uber and Lyft need to now currently 'work" with the EDD so that drivers like myself can collect super important EDD UI online benefits so that we do not lose our homes, apartments, storage units, fall behind on bills,.etc

Covid-19 caused me to have to stop driving way back on March 14 and I am shocked that uber and lyft have not even tried to help me here ONE INCH ! !! a very bad sad situation !!

Financial issues, I have been literally "Forced" to drive with Lyft again,..I gave up in March 2019 because the pay "back then" was so unfair and low,..I had to quit,.. Now today in Oct 2019 , I discover "Super Low" pay and rides as low as 2.50 Cents ,..and going for quite a distance in travel too ,.. back in my day long ago,..I thought the "Lowest" rides then that were for like 3.50 $ were AN OUTRAGE,..

YOUR COMPANY IS TREATING US DRIVERS VERY POORLY NOW,..IT'S PAST THE POINT OF REASONABLY discussing this,..it is beyond obvious slavery almost,..

 IF YOU ARE LOSING MONEY ANYWAY ,..TAKE OUT A DAMN EFFING LOAN AND PAY YOUR DRIVERS AT LEAST !!! DUH !!

I emailed you long ago before and suggested that you pay drivers 20.00 $ for gasoline for every four hours they are logged on ,, this seems very fair ,..as we lose about 40 $ dollars for every 100.00 $ that we earn ';

2: Gas

3: tired exhausted feeling

4; phone chargers

5; our cell phone use

6; Our car INSURANCE 

7; OUR TIME

8; Head aches from the stress of doing it

9; Leg aches,..from sitting there,..stiffly 

10; clothing we have to wear

11; car washes

12; Nowhere to park when we arrive often now because no parking spaces as

California has given drivers licenses to illegals 

13; CROWDED ROADS WE MUST NOW NAVIGATE; SEE ABOVE

14; EXPENSIVE GAS THAT'S NEARLY 5 $ PER GALLON

15; OUR 'INSIDE' of car getting ruined by the people

AND MUCH MORE !!! TOO !!

WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE 100 $ A DAY ,.. BUT THERE IS VIRTUALLY NOW NO WAY TO DO THAT ,..WE ARE BURNT OUT !! AFTER 4 HOURS AND LOOKING AT OUR THING THAT JUST SAYS 37.00 $
