If we Let this New "Law" by Obama stand and we wait around for two years for the So-Called Supreme Court of ours to rule on it ,..the way they did with Obamacare,..... WE ARE FUCKED !! WE'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO GET RID OF IT THEN ,.... MUCH LIKE OBAMACARE !!
THE WAY I SEE IT, WE HAVE ONLY A FEW HOPES HERE:
1. A Federal Judge Can toss Out Obama's Amnesty Order ( Which we all know Obama will just ignore ),..
2. The Federal Judge's Toss out will then be overturned by one of Obama's own appointed "Appellate" Courts ,.. which then some lawyers hopefully who have "Standing" will take to our Supreme Court where the very shaky and unreliable Judges Roberts or Kennedy ( or both ) ,..could side with the four Liberal justices on that bench ,... which would be the ultimate disaster !! But "this" is the scenario I see most Likely to happen ,.... { and note here: I'm not so sure ALL of the four Libs on the bench will be so united to necessarily back Obama here,.. Sotomayor can be waffly as she has confused some with Pro Catholic / Christian and mildly anti-Gay rulings in the recent past } ...
3: The U.S. Supreme Court automatically overturns Obama's Amnesty immediately or within days or weeks ( This is a scene that could happen ) ,.. AND THIS WOULD BE AWESOME ! Don't Pray for it though ,...
4: Obama announces this ,....and then Congress ( And Rep Hal Rogers,..as suggested by Roger Hedgecock, Hannity, and others ) immediately in effect "Defunds" it by letting funding Expire in early December 2014 and either choosing not to write a new CR to give to Obama or writing a "Short CR" that lasts only into the beginnings of that New Gop controlled Congress of January 2015 ,..... the 'short' CR Obama will definitely Veto or just choose to ignore ,..which will shut down the Government ,... and THIS is the scenario I feel will just have to happen ,..and I'm sorry ,..I like it but I don't Like it ,..yes the Gop will take the blame as our media will Iraq/Katrina them ,...but I also think when fully explained and in light of our recent election ,... The Gop could possibly end up here doing better than one might think ( Like Krauthammer ),... and the reason is as I have said and written before is THERE IS NO NEW FUCKING ELECTION COMING UP SOON - SO WHAT THE FUCK DO WE CARE,... I SAY: LET THE PUBLIC CRY ALL THEY WANT !!
5: When I really take the short and long-view of this,..it certainly looks TO ME like the Republicans are being complicit "With" King Obama ,... and are only pretenders and them doing nothing means that's their way of telling US ALL TO GO EAT SHIT ,... THEY WANT the CHEAP LABOR HERE,... AND NOW THEY GOT IT ,... AND TRUMP NEVER NEEDED TO LIFT finger too neither cousin' ,...
And soon,..we can all spend the next 30 to 60 years bitching and moaning about it all ,... just like we did about the shit that FDR and LBJ did ,..way back yonder then ,....
